Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Bosso, Niger State. Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Rotating shifts.
