Chef de partie wanted in Bunza

Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bunza, Kebbi State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Overtime paid at a premium rate.
