Shuttering carpenter — Pottawatomie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. Day-to-day duties: • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
