Canteen cook wanted in Etinan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Etinan, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
