Conventional mill operator • Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam

Great opportunity: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. You will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. Ideally you have 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience; proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges; knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around ₹22,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
