Lawn care technician wanted in Smith County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Smith County, Kansas. You will work in a public park. Day to day you will mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Full-time with occasional weekends.
