Powder coating line operator wanted in Comanche County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Comanche County, Kansas. The job is at an automotive components factory. You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Six days a week, one day off.
