Counterbalance forklift operator wanted in Dickenson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counterbalance forklift operator in Dickenson County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch Ideal candidate: • Accurate, careful stock handling • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required 5+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
