FLT driver • Morgan County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a FLT driver in Morgan County, Illinois. You will be based at a freight and logistics depot. What we are looking for: • Accurate, careful stock handling • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas The role involves: • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load Six days a week, one day off.
