Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
