Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in St. Clair County, Alabama. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
