Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
