Join our team: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Fayette County, Kentucky. You will work on a quarry floor. On the job you will handle: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
