We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Treutlen County, Georgia. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
