Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Thomas County, Nebraska. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
