Powder coater — Surulere

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Surulere, Lagos State. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
