Urgent requirement: tandoor cook (Katsina State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Jibia, Katsina State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 4+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
