What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
