We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream We offer ₹1,650 per day plus benefits.
