What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
