You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Six days a week, one day off.
