Great opportunity: lawn care technician (Illinois)

Join our team: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Adams County, Illinois. You will be based on a golf course. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors The role involves operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
