Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based in a café. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
