Bakery assistant wanted in Alexander County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Alexander County, Illinois. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Rotating shifts.
