Dish pit attendant • Biu, Borno State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Biu, Borno State. You will be based in a catering unit. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Full-time with occasional weekends.
