We are recruiting: we are hiring a joiner in Jackson County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Day to day you will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level.
