Kitchenhand — Jega

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Jega, Kebbi State. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Pay around ₦80,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
