We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Cass County, Iowa. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
