Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turner in Luton, England. The role involves: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
