Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Addison County, Vermont. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
