Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Rimi, Katsina State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦105,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
