Powder coating technician — Ehime -Mbano

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Ehime -Mbano, Imo State. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
