We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Forest County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service.
