Chef de partie — Ohaji/Egbema

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ohaji/Egbema, Imo State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Pay around ₦235,000 per month, based on your experience.
