The role involves straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
