On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
