Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
