Catering cook — Taylor County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Taylor County, Florida. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
