Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Tarka, Benue State. You will work in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred.
