Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Wabash County, Illinois. You will be based at a beach resort. Day-to-day duties: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Six days a week, one day off.
