Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Glades County, Florida. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Rotating shifts.
