You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. £2,350 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
