Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Datia, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at a cake shop. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₹120 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
