Great opportunity: we are hiring a telesales agent in Tai, Rivers State. You will be based in a shopping mall outlet. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge You will collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; restock shelves and arrange the product display; greet walk-in customers and find out what they need; punch orders into the billing/POS system; meet daily and monthly sales targets.
