Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Humboldt County, Nevada. You will work at a wholesale meat market. On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
