Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs 3+ years on the tools preferred.
