Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Natrona County, Wyoming. The job is in a five-star hotel. Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts.
