Tandoor cook wanted in Rimin Gado

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Rimin Gado, Kano State. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦50,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
