Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
