We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Douglas County, Illinois. The job is on a high-rise tower crane. The role involves park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL). Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
